This painting was inspired by a snowy winter walk right in my own neighborhood. I don't own a Victorian home myself, but there are a number of them in the neighborhood, and this one is among my favorites. It is right around the corner from me and has a lovely sprawling yard, complete with a big 'ole southern magnolia tree.
