Through the centuries, many artists have paid homage to the master impressionist Claude Monet. I feel fortunate to be among them, and to have traveled and painted in Monet’s flower garden where the gifted painter worked and lived. This iconic scene is one of my favorites in the artist’s Giverny garden—the gate painted in his signature emerald green that sits at the end of a path surrounded by beautiful roses and flowers.
